Built from inside the problem
Zenyth didn't start as a business plan. In 2015, Daryn Harpaz was running a web development agency when his connections in the legal world put him face to face with a pattern that kept repeating. Business owners were getting hit with demand letters and lawsuits over websites they never knew were inaccessible. They weren't negligent, they just hadn't been told, and by the time they found out, it was already a legal problem instead of a fixable one.
That was the pattern Daryn couldn't unsee. So he rebuilt the business around it, one team fixing sites before a demand letter ever gets written, another standing behind the businesses that face one anyway.
The market he stepped into didn't inspire much confidence. Scanners and overlays sold reassurance, not protection, catching a third of what's actually wrong while quietly creating the legal exposure they claimed to remove. Zenyth was built the opposite way, starting from what a defensible legal record actually requires and working backward until the engineering matched it.
A decade of real audits, real remediation, and real cases defended sharpened that discipline site by site. Every fix, every findings report, every defense that held up under scrutiny became part of a body of expertise no scanner can fake and no license can buy. That expertise now runs Zenyth's approach to digital compliance, our accessibility technology and automation doing the work at scale, with a Zenyth expert verifying every result before it ships.
