Scheduled scans on a set cadence

Zena scans your monitored pages on a defined schedule, checking them against WCAG and flagging regressions, new issues, and anything that has changed since the last cycle. Because scans run on a set cadence, problems get caught close to when they are introduced, not months later.

Automated scans are powerful, but they cannot catch everything. On a regular cadence, our specialists test by hand, including with real assistive technology, to find the issues that require human judgment to catch. Together, the two layers cover far more than either could alone.

Monitoring typically runs on a monthly cadence, with automated scans and periodic manual testing. Enterprise plans can be structured for a more frequent cadence when your site needs it.

No. Automated scans are one layer. On a regular cadence our specialists also test by hand, including with real assistive technology, so the two layers together cover far more than either could alone.

Automated scanning will cover new content, but scanning only catches a portion of accessibility issues. Depending on how complex the new content is, it may need manual auditing to be fully evaluated. We review it with you and, if it warrants a full manual audit, scope that separately.

Yes. The program documents how your site was tested, the environments, the methodology, and the findings each cycle, so the record holds up under legal scrutiny. It is the same rigor Zenyth brings to litigation support, applied on an ongoing basis.

No. Overlays do not fix accessibility at the source, and they can add legal risk rather than remove it. We find real issues in your code and address them properly, which is what actually holds up.
