Accessibility Developer / Full-Stack Web Developer

Iago Mota plays a central role in Zenyth's accessibility efforts as an Accessibility Developer with a strong full stack engineering focus. His work is rooted in implementation: translating WCAG-aligned requirements into robust, production-ready code. Rather than treating accessibility as a post-audit step, Iago integrates it directly into component architecture, UI behavior, and system design, ensuring consistency across the entire development lifecycle.

At Zenyth, Iago operates across the stack, building and maintaining APIs, data layers, and modern front ends using frameworks like React, Vue, and Symfony. He emphasizes semantic structure, scalable design systems, and remediation-friendly codebases that make accessibility sustainable over time. His experience also includes developing performance-focused tooling, such as API benchmarking systems, to validate reliability under varying workloads.
