Platform

The Zenyth Audit management platform

One platform holds your entire accessibility program, from the first audit through ongoing monitoring. Every project and finding sits in a single place, so you can see where each site stands and track fixes as they happen. The record stays current and ready whenever procurement or legal asks for it. And when you want to move faster, our AI engine, Zena, is built right in.

Two ways to use Zenyth Audit

One platform serves two kinds of clients. Some license it and run their own accessibility program, with Zena handling the heavy lifting. Others bring Zenyth in to do the work, and use the platform to collaborate with our experts and follow every fix. However you come in, the platform is the same.

Two ways to use Zenyth Audit: run it yourself, or have Zenyth's experts run it — both on one shared platform.

From setup to a defensible record

Zenyth Audit runs your whole accessibility program in one place, from first setup to a defensible, exportable record. You can run every audit manually, with full support at each step, and use Zena, our AI engine, when you want to move faster. Every audit shows its status and progress at a glance on your dashboard, and you can open any one for the full detail.

Zenyth Audit New Project details form

Configure the audit up front, its conformance target, the testing environments and devices, and the methodology behind them. Those choices shape the audit, so the success criteria you test against match exactly what you selected. Add the pages you want covered one at a time or by uploading a sitemap, and bring your team on with the access each person should have.

The same platform, plus our experts

Prefer to have Zenyth do the work? You get the same platform, with our experts working in it alongside you. We scope the audit with you up front and handle the setup, and platform access comes with your engagement. From there, everything happens in one shared place.

Once we have audited your site, remediation becomes a back-and-forth in the platform. When your team is fixing the code, you mark each defect as you go, add details, and ask our experts questions right on the finding. We respond, check the work, and either verify the fix or show you how to fine-tune it. Every exchange is logged against the defect, with screenshots as evidence, so nothing gets lost and everyone sees the same history.

When Zenyth is doing the fixing, the collaboration runs the other way. We do the work, and for any change that affects how your site looks, we ask for your approval in the platform before we make it. We never touch your visual design without your say, unless you have cleared it with us in advance.

Either way, the work is shared, the record is complete, and you stay in control of your site.

Case studies

Proof across every kind of engagement

Ten years of audits, remediations, and defensible records, across storefronts, platforms, and complex applications. A few examples of what that looks like.

Construction tools · BigCommerce

A 30-year retailer's storefront, brought to WCAG 2.1 AA

A full audit and remediation of a 30-year construction-tool retailer's BigCommerce storefront, from complex product carousels and embedded video to third-party integrations, brought to WCAG 2.1 AA without compromising design or usability.

School and community communications · Web platform

Image flyers, reborn as structured accessible HTML

A nationwide platform that distributes school and community flyers, brought to WCAG 2.1 AA across multiple audit and remediation phases, plus a rethink of its image-based flyer pipeline into structured, accessible HTML.

Design agency · Client projects

Shifting accessibility left, from audits to design

A UI/UX design agency moved accessibility upstream: we evolved from auditing finished work to annotating designs before development, cutting rework and building WCAG 2.2 AA into their process.

Education technology · Web application

Complex learning interactions, made accessible

A WCAG 2.1 AA audit and multi-year remediation partnership for an e-learning platform used across grades 3 to 12, centered on the platform's most complex interactions (drag-and-drop, sentence highlighting, and dynamic feedback), with VPAT and ACR results that improved at every review.

Meet Zena

Zena is our AI engine, trained on a decade of real Zenyth audits and remediation. It runs automated first-pass scans and drafts findings and fixes, each validated by a human expert before it counts, and it answers your accessibility questions on demand from Zenyth's curated knowledge. It works across the platform and our services to make the work faster without giving up what makes it defensible.

Explore Zena

THE HUMAN COVENANT

The human can never be decoupled from the accessibility equation.

Every other vendor is trying to solve accessibility by subtracting the human to cut costs, and that missing piece is why their work does not survive a challenge. At Zenyth the human is coupled to the code and to the legal record. Zena accelerates the audit, a qualified expert makes it defensible, and together they deliver accessibility that holds up.

Where issues actually live

Each square is a share of the 34,733 issues we documented across 6,111 pages of human audits, grouped by defect family. The long tail is real, and it is exactly what automated-only checks miss.

Zenyth Audit is an accessibility management platform. It is where your whole program lives, setting up projects, defining scope, running audits against WCAG and other standards, logging and tracking defects, collaborating on fixes, and keeping a current, exportable conformance record, all in one place.

Either. You can license the platform and run your own program, or engage Zenyth to do the audit and remediation work while you use the platform to collaborate and track progress. Many organizations do a mix of both over time.

No. Zenyth Audit fully supports manual auditing on its own. Zena, our AI engine, is available when you want to move faster, running an automated first pass and drafting findings, but it is optional and billed separately based on use. The choice is yours.

Platform licensing is priced by scale, the number of sites and users you need, across our Self-Serve, Agency, and Enterprise plans. Zena usage is billed separately based on use. If Zenyth handles your audit and remediation as a service, platform access is included with that engagement.

You choose the conformance target when you set up a project, including WCAG at the level you need, and the platform presents the matching success criteria. When you log a finding, you draw on Zenyth's curated library of 406 rules mapped across the success criteria, so your reporting stays consistent and grounded in a decade of real work.

Yes. The full report exports to a spreadsheet, ready to import into Jira, Azure DevOps, or another ticketing system so your developers can work findings as tickets. A separate visual report turns the findings into charts you can share with leadership.

Yes. You control what each person can access and do, down to which projects they see and whether they can add pages or log defects. You decide who gets what, so the right people have the right access.

Your project data, findings and records stay in your Zenyth Audit account, organised by project and kept current as work progresses. The platform runs on Google Cloud, and each project has its own storage, which you set to private or public. Every connection is served over HTTPS, and sessions use hardened, HTTP-only cookies.

Access is role-based: you control which people see which projects and what they can change, with SSO and advanced access controls available on Enterprise plans.

When we deliver fixes through our CDN, that layer is separately controlled: DDoS mitigation and traffic filtering through Google Cloud Armor, IP-based restrictions so a rollout can be scoped to specific users before it goes live, HMAC-signed requests so only our intended payload can run, a payload kept under about 30KB, fully asynchronous execution that never blocks your existing scripts, automatic deletion of transient data within seven days, and an instant off switch that does not depend on your own release cycle.

Zena, our AI engine, never needs access to your website or your code repository. She works from what the platform already holds and hands back findings, files and instructions. Enterprise customers can also connect their own LLM API key, so model traffic runs on their own provider account.

If you need our full data-processing details for a security review, or a data processing agreement, contact us and we will provide them.

The platform is the product you run yourself; the services are Zenyth doing the work for you. Both use the same platform, the same standards, and the same curated knowledge, so whether your team audits or ours does, the work is held to the same standard and lives in the same place.
