Zena

Meet Zena, your accessibility partner

Zenyth Audit is our accessibility management platform, and Zena is the intelligence that runs it. From auditing through monitoring, Zena handles the full arc of accessibility work, and answers your questions along the way. Forget chatbots and overlays. What powers the platform is a decade of real Zenyth expertise. AI enhanced, human verified.

Most AI gets accessibility wrong. Zena was built not to.

Most AI approaches accessibility the same way. General-purpose models answer from the open web, advice that is right often enough to feel safe and wrong often enough to get you sued. Overlay widgets promise instant compliance they cannot deliver, and add legal risk instead of removing it.

Zena is built the opposite way. It never improvises accessibility. Every answer comes from a human-curated rule base built on a decade of real Zenyth audits and remediation, so what Zena produces is grounded in work that has already held up, not guessed from whatever the open web happened to contain.

  • Answers from a human-curated rule base.
  • Ships markup that already passes.
  • A decade of remediation, encoded.
  • Never guesses on accessibility.

What Zena does

Zena covers the accessibility work that used to take a team and a stack of tools. You talk, it runs the work, and a Zenyth expert stands behind every result.

Audit

Zena runs a full accessibility audit against WCAG, then writes a clear findings report that names the defect, the fix, and who it affects. It is the automated first pass, and Zenyth's experts test by hand on top of it, including with assistive technology, to catch what a scan alone would miss.

Remediate

Zena fixes accessibility defects directly in your own code, using the patterns Zenyth has proven over a decade, never an overlay. When it works inside a development pipeline, it drafts the fixes and stages the changes, and a human reviews and ships them. Zena prepares the work; people put it live.

Rebuild assistant

When a site needs more than fixes, Zena can help rebuild it accessibly in any CMS or codebase, with specialized depth for Shopify and Webflow. You get an accessible foundation from the ground up, not a patched version of an inaccessible one.

Monitor

Accessibility drifts as a site changes, so Zena runs Zenyth's compliance monitoring program, auditing and fixing your pages on an ongoing cadence with a renewable conformance report as proof. Automated checks run often, expert audits run deeper, and the record stays current.

Ask Zena anything

Ask Zena about your site and it answers from your actual project in Zenyth Audit, the open defects, the recent fixes, the current state of your compliance. Ask it about accessibility and it answers from Zenyth's curated knowledge, a decade of real audits rather than whatever the open web happened to contain. Either way, you get a clear answer in plain language, the moment you need it.

Ask Zena

How many serious defects are open on my store?

ZenaThree serious defects are open, all on the product template: two color-contrast failures and one unlabeled form field. Two others were fixed last week. Want the breakdown?
Ask Zena

What is non-text contrast?

ZenaIt is WCAG 1.4.11. Interactive controls and meaningful graphics need at least 3 to 1 contrast against what sits next to them, so buttons, icons, and input borders stay visible to low-vision users.

Zena accelerates. People decide.

Most vendors adopt AI and cut out the human. It lowers their costs, and it is exactly why their work falls apart under a challenge. Zenyth is built the other way around. Everything Zena does is reviewed and validated by a qualified expert who stands behind the result. Zena works at machine speed, but it never decides accessibility on its own. And that human layer is not a formality. Automated tools catch only about a third of what matters. The issues they miss are the ones that quietly block a real person or surface later in a lawsuit, and people find them, not machines.

Accessibility Intelligence Engine

A knowledge base, refined over ten years

This is what Zena actually runs on. Not a general model guessing from the open web, but a curated ruleset and pattern library, built by Zenyth's auditors and measured against the issues that matter.

Every finding carries the defect, the fix, the user impact, and its WCAG criterion. Actionable and defensible, not just a red flag.

THE HUMAN COVENANT

The human can never be decoupled from the accessibility equation.

Every other vendor is trying to solve accessibility by subtracting the human to cut costs, and that missing piece is why their work does not survive a challenge. At Zenyth the human is coupled to the code and to the legal record. Zena accelerates the audit, a qualified expert makes it defensible, and together they deliver accessibility that holds up.

Where issues actually live

Each square is a share of the 34,733 issues we documented across 6,111 pages of human audits, grouped by defect family. The long tail is real, and it is exactly what automated-only checks miss.
