Yes. Every engagement produces a documented project record: the initial audit findings, the remediation scope, the code changes made, and the verification results confirming each issue was resolved. That record is structured for legal scrutiny from day one, not assembled after a demand letter arrives. If your matter requires VPAT documentation, expert witness support, or coordination with outside counsel, that record is already in place.

It depends on scope. A single component remediation can turn around in days. A full site rebuild or replatform is scoped individually based on tech stack, page count, and complexity. We provide a clear timeline at the start of every engagement.

Yes, and we do it in whatever form makes sense for your team. We can take full ownership of the remediation and development work, act in an advisory and verification role, or work alongside your developers in a hybrid arrangement. That includes paired programming on complex issues, shared development where we handle technically demanding remediations or overflow work, and accessibility oversight and code review throughout. We fit into your workflow, not the other way around.

WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our baseline on every engagement. We also build to Section 508 for government and federally funded clients, and work to international standards including RGAA (Référentiel Général d'Amélioration de l'Accessibilité) for French public sector requirements, the European Accessibility Act (EAA), EN 301 549 (the European standard that underpins the EAA), and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) for Canadian clients. We can scope to WCAG 2.2 Level AAA where required.

Most of the practices that make a product accessible, semantic structure, real text alternatives, clear labels, and a logical heading hierarchy, are the same signals search engines, answer engines, and AI models use to understand your content. Accessible markup is machine-readable markup, so it tends to improve how your product is indexed, summarized, and surfaced.

An overlay is a script layered on top of your product. It does not fix the underlying code, and it is not recognized as genuine conformance. Overlays have been named in a growing number of accessibility lawsuits, so they can add legal risk rather than remove it. Zenyth recommends removing the overlay and fixing accessibility in the code itself.
